This Police officer was captured on video assaulting two innocent women in public after a misunderstanding with a street food vendor in Lagos, Nigeria.
According to information gathered by Reportghananews.com, The Police officer got into an angry argument with the food vendor when she refused to give him fish to finish up his beer.
The food vendor declined to sell fish alone, except to those buying the fish together her food. This policy angered the police officer which later turn into a serious argument.
The Police officer then turn his anger on a female customer who was trying to stop the argument. He actually push her into a pond of muddy water.
